Ek Simple Sabzi, Jo Ban Jaaye Flavour Se Bharpoor
Baingan Masala ghar ki un recipes mein se ek hai jo simple ingredients ke saath bhi bahut tasty ban sakti hai. Soft baingan, onion-tomato base aur Dr. Advice Garam Masala ka balanced flavour is dish ko aur bhi khaas bana deta hai.
Method
Prepare the Baingan
Baingan ko medium-sized pieces mein cut karke halka sa namak wale paani mein 10 minutes ke liye rakhein.
Make the Masala Base
Pan mein oil garam karein. Onion daal kar golden hone tak bhunein. Ab ginger-garlic paste aur green chilli add karein.
Add Tomatoes & Spices
Tomatoes add karke soft hone tak cook karein. Turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder aur salt add karein. Masala ko 2–3 minutes tak bhunein.
Cook the Baingan
Baingan add karein aur masale ke saath gently mix karein. Cover karke medium flame par 10–12 minutes tak cook karein.
Final Flavour Touch
Gas slow karein aur Dr. Advice Garam Masala add karein. Halka sa mix karke 2 minutes aur cook karein.
