Method
Marinate the Chicken
Ek bowl mein chicken, curd, Dr. Advice Biryani Masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice aur salt mix karein. Isse kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye marinate hone dein.
Prepare the Rice
Basmati rice ko wash karke 20 minutes soak karein. Pani mein bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon aur salt daal kar rice ko lagbhag 80% tak cook karein. Rice ko drain karke side par rakhein.
Fry the Onions
Pan mein ghee garam karein aur sliced onions ko golden brown hone tak fry karein. Kuch onions garnish ke liye alag nikal kar rakhein.
Cook the Chicken
Marinated chicken ko pan mein daal kar medium flame par cook karein jab tak chicken tender na ho jaye.
Layer the Biryani
Ek heavy-bottom vessel mein pehle chicken ki layer lagayein. Uske upar rice ki layer daalein. Mint, coriander aur fried onions sprinkle karein. Isi tarah 2–3 layers bana sakte hain.
Dum Cooking
Vessel ko cover karke low flame par 15–20 minutes dum dein.
